Berlin does not sustain the museum beauty like other European capitals, but its multitude and its substantial history make it a notable and vibrant metropolis. Today, the intense city of Berlin offers new possibilities to design a collective future where tolerance, culture and youthful spirits are the admirers in the German capital. That is why this project suggests the development of groundbreaking ways of living around this metropolis. The aim is to redefine the collective modes and temporary residence.

In the alternative district of Kreuzberg, this project offers a complex of temporary residences for students, recent graduates, families, and travelers. On one, hand a university residence with the amenities and services necessary for their operation. Personal spaces and collective spaces are merged to develop a social complex while taking advantage of the conventional services of the manse.
